 "Okharema nikwo wikhalekho ta!" Our wise men from  Luhya land have always warned us against cutting a branch that we are seated on.Listen, we fought our own Nancy Baraza and now you want Generali Ababu Namwamba​ out?Think twice.Chicken blood is still fresh at Uhuru park.It is not long since old men from the mountains converged at Uhuru park to slaughter over 70 chicken(some which were laying eggs) in the name of protecting the presidency.When did the rain beat us my Luhya brothers and sisters? What have we ever done to protect our leadership other than fighting them and leaving then politically injured?
Just imagine if we had Nancy Barasa as the deputy CJ, would our 900 page affidavit been rejected?would we have lost the case on baseless verdicts like 'the state of the nation made us decide that'? Those who have dinned with old men would tell you Yo omuchesa sabapanga emoni ta!(You should not hit your neighbor's cow right in the eye because it might afterwards be brought to you as dowry). I'm certain that our lady wouldn't have hit the CORD leader right in the eye. Yes. Baba would have been the president and we the kavirondo would be enjoying the fruits now that the presidency would have been in our neighborhood.
